Free Dog Yoga Coming to The Dick Goddard Dog Park This Fall
Green, OH – Looking for a way to exercise and bond with your furry friend? This fall the City of Green is collaborating with Release Yoga to offer FREE Dog Yoga classes at Dick Goddard Dog Park in Ariss Park, 2520 Wise Road. The sessions are Saturday, September 16 and Saturday, October 7 at 12:30 pm. Dog Yoga, also known as Doga, is a newer take on traditional practice of yoga which includes pets to bond and exercise. All levels of experience are welcome.
Each attendee, including children, will need to enroll. The recommended minimum age for children is 8 years old. Children who are comfortable with large and small dogs can fully enjoy the session.
Dogs should have leashes nearby but are not required to be worn during the session. Participants should bring a yoga mat/old towel, dog waste bags, and water for you and your dog.
In the case of bad weather, all enrolled students will receive a text 3 hours prior to class.
