GREEN, OH – – Kick off the 4th of July holiday season at the City of Green’s annual FreedomFest on Saturday, June 25 from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Boettler Park, 5300 Massillon Road. Join us for a day filled with family fun activities, games, local food vendors, live music, skydivers, and fireworks. Parking and admission are FREE.
Activities and Games – 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Giant Sorry, Giant Battleship, Giant Horseshoes, Giant Jenga, Giant Tic Tac Toe, Kapow, Polar Bear Slide, Police Dog Bounce, Spin Cam, Ballistic Swing, Extreme Air Inline, The Patriot Slide, Klime Wallz, Pirates Revenge, Zipline, 9-Hole Putt Putt, Axe Throwing Inflatable, Wacky Chaos Jr. Obstacle, All Star Hoops, QB Blitz, and Zoo Playland.

Tournament – June 24 & 25
Join the City of Green for the inaugural FreedomFest Basketball, Volleyball, and Pickleball Tournaments! Choose your sport, prepare your team, and register to celebrate our country while enjoying the City parks! All tournaments will begin on the evening of June 24 and wrap up before FreedomFest begins on June 25. Free parking for FreedomFest will be available at Boettler Park. Handicap parking will also be available at Boettler Park. No pets or sparklers permitted during the festivities.
Green Good Neighbors will be accepting donations of school supplies as part of the Back-to-School drive. Items that are requested include, Pens, pencils, crayons, 3-prong pocket folders, college and wide ruled spiral notebooks, college and wide ruled loose-leaf paper, pink erasers, glue sticks, bottles of glue, and plastic pencil boxes.
