Fall Flu Shot and Vaccine Clinic
GREEN, Ohio – The City of Green is partnering with Rite Aid Pharmacy to provide flu shots, “high dose” flu shots, COVID vaccines and vaccine booster shots to eligible individuals on Thursday, December 9 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the John Torok Community and Senior Center, 4224 Massillon Road.
Flu shots are available for individuals age 3 and older, “high dose” flu shots are available for individuals age 65 and older, and Pfizer/Moderna COVID boosters are available for individuals who qualify and are at least 6 months since their second dose. A vaccine card is required for booster shots.
Individuals age 12 and up, who have not yet done so, may also receive their first or second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID vaccine. Please specify first dose, second dose, or booster when scheduling your appointment. Participants seeking both a flu shot and COVID vaccine can receive both at the same appointment.
Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid cards are required along with a photo ID. Masks are mandatory in all City of Green buildings.
