City of Green Accepting Reservations for Pavilions, Plans Reopening
Green, OH – As COVID-19 cases continue to trend down and more individuals are vaccinated, the City of Green is pleased to announce the following reopening plans.
- The following City of Green park restrooms are currently open: Ariss Park, Boettler Park (lower restroom), Central Park, John Torok Center and Community Park, Greensburg Park (open during sporting events and practices), and SpringHill Park (open during sporting events and practices). East Liberty Park and the Boettler Park (near Heritage Hill Playground) will reopen by April 1. Park restrooms are open dawn to dusk.
- Reservations for City of Green park pavilions will be accepted beginning April 1 for reservations May 1 through August 31. We will continue to monitor health restrictions and will continue to update our policies. Reservations may be made online at www.cityofgreen.org/register or by calling our Parks Division at 330-896-6621.
- Reservations for the Green Community Hall at Central Park and the newly renovated John Torok Senior Center will be accepted beginning April 1 for dates June 1 through August 31. Reservations will be tentative until the health restrictions permitting the number of people to gather indoors are lifted. We expect restrictions will be lifted soon to begin accepting reservations for the remainder of the year. Reservations may be made online at www.cityofgreen.org/register or by calling our Parks Division at 330-896-6621.
- The Central Administration Building will reopen June 1. Prior to this time, visitors are requested to make an appointment by calling 330-896-5500.
