Now Accepting Student Municipal Representative Applications
GREEN, Ohio – The City of Green is now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 Student Municipal Representative program open to Green residents entering grades 10 through 12.
Students accepted into the program will be appointed to nonvoting positions on several of the City’s boards and commissions serving September through May. Positions are available on the Board of Zoning Appeals, Design Review Board, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality Commission, Drug Task Force, Historic Preservation Commission, Living Green Task Force, Parks and Recreation Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Mayor’s Junior Council. The program is designed to encourage volunteerism and civic responsibility.
