Community Wide Special Events 

FreedomFest Typically held the last Saturday of June. FreedomFest is the City of Green's community festival to kick off the 4th of July holiday season. Join us for a full day of family fun activities, games, local food vendors, live music, skydivers, and fireworks! Attendance: 10,000 Sponsorship Levels: $500-$10,000 

art-A-palooza Typically held the 3rd Saturday in August. art-A-palooza is a yearly fine arts event hosted in association with the City of Green and the Green Arts Council. This event features over 60 regional artists, local food vendors, live music, and children’s activities. Attendance: 5,000 - 6,000 Sponsorship Levels:$100-$10,000

Twisted WilderFest Typically held on a Saturday in late September/Early October. Twisted WilderFest is the City of Green’s popup festival of makers and nature featuring local artists, crafters, and food vendors held annually in Southgate Park. Attendance: 6,000 Sponsorship Levels: $100-$10,000

Christmas at Central Park Typically held the first Saturday of December. Usher in the holiday spirit at the City of Green's Christmas at Central Park. Activities during the event will include: Santa and Tree Lighting, Train rides, Ice sculptures from Elegant Ice, Musical performances, holiday crafters, and food vendors. Attendance: 300-500 Sponsorship Levels:$500-$10,000

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

July 4th 5K Fun Run (Great 8 Race Series) – held on July 4th. The City of Green's Raintree 5k and Fun Run takes runners around the beautiful Raintree Golf Course owned by the City of Green. The race event is a fundraiser for First Tee Akron, which hosts First Tee classes at Raintree. Attendance:150  Sponsorship Levels: TBD

Children Activities
The City hosts a number of smaller activities through the year specifically for children and their families including our Fishing Derby (May), Toddler Snack-tivity Series (Sept-May), Children's Entertainment Series (Summer), and more. Sponsorship Levels; TBD. 

Senior Expo. Held in September.  An expo of local services, companies, and organizations that cater to the those 55+.  Attendance: 200-300. Sponsorship Levels: TBD
