Free Untreated Mulch

Green residents may request FREE untreated mulch from the City of Green Recycling Center.

  • Mulch loading is available by appointment Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 8am – 2pm. 
  • Waiver required Mulch Waiver (PDF)
  • Please call 330.896.6607 for appointment. 
  • Please enter through the back gate off of International Parkway (NOT Recycle Way).
  • Please call upon arrival.
  • You may still load your own mulch during normal Recycle Center hours. Find current hours here.
